Started the business in 2009 with just two members of staff in an office in Milton Keynes. The business has successfully grown and he now employs 16 staff between his two offices in Houghton Regis and Leighton Buzzard. Zaky believes in employing experienced, confident staff who can make decisions and like him put customer service at the top of their priority. Zaky enjoys supporting local events, spending time with his family and friends and enjoys keeping fit, gardening and the theatre.


Karen started in this office 13 years ago and has overseen the lettings of thousands of properties in that time. She has extensive knowledge of the properties we manage and of the legislation that governs the Lettings business. Karens calm attitude and ability to solve problems is well respected by clients and her work colleagues alike. In her spare time Karen loves walking, keep fit and gardening but best of all seeing family and friends.


Alison has a very strong background in Lettings and is noted for her organisation skills. She is the vital link between landlords and contractors, coordinating essential repairs and maintenance issues. She is also responsible for dealing with the new tenant applications progressing them through to the start of their tenancy. Away from the office Alison combines family time and friends, cooking, reading and gardening.


Donna has worked in this office for over 4 years and also attended the local schools. She is responsible for new lettings business and clients appreciate the relaxed and informative way she explains the processes to landlords, particularly first time landlords. Away from work Donna loves to spend time with her family and friends. She enjoys cooking, home improvement, travelling and reading.


Christine has many years sales experience and has developed into a fine all-rounder in both selling and letting properties. Clients appreciate her honest and helpful advice. She is very effective sales progressor determined to get to the bottom of any problems she encounters during a sale. She dedicates her home time to her family and enjoys cooking and travelling.


Claudia has joined the company from a large London lettings agency. She is responsible for collection of rent on bankline and then promptly paying the landlords and contractors. She also manages the chasing up of any overdue rent. Outside of work Claudia enjoys family and friends time, walking, cooking and reading.


Wendy deals with all the tenancy renewals and rent reviews. She provides vital administation support to the lettings department. Wendy has a love of travel and has a great interest in culture and history, she also enjoys reading.


Catherine has worked at this office for over 17 years and is the hub of the office paperwork. Sometimes an understated role but for us she has a vital role in doing a wide range of essential office administration. She very much enjoys her family time, walking and reading.
